If I'm local to Wainwright, AB, can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you are local and want to pick up your order, use code: LOCALPICKUP at checkout to exclude shipping costs. Once your order has processed, I will be in touch via email to schedule a time for you to pick up your painting from my home studio!
How long will it take to process my order?
Original paintings take 5-7 business days to be packed and ready to ship. This processing time does not include shipping time.
Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide!
All packages will be shipped with a tracking number and are shipped by Canada Post or a courier (Purolator, Fedex, UPS, etc.)
The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges that incur.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please contact me at hello@melissarussellart.com with any questions before placing your order if there is anything you are unsure about and I'm happy to help!
Are your paintings sold framed or unframed?
All artwork is sold unframed unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Who owns the rights to artwork after it's sold?
Great question! I retain the all rights to all artwork I create. Including the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. Meaning I, as the artist, am able to make prints of an original painting at any time. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork purchased in anyway without written consent from me. As the collector or buyer, you have the right to display the painting in your home or business.
Do you accept commission requests?
I accept a limited number of commission requests each year. Please reach out to me at hello@melissarussellart.com if you are interested in a commissioned original painting and we can discuss the details!
